యువజనోత్సవం పునీత ఇగ్నేషియస్ దేవాలయం, గాగిల్లాపూర్లో
నిర్వహించబడింది. డీనరీ పరిధిలోని వివిధ విచారణల నుంచి
180 మందికి పైగా యువతీయువకులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
పవిత్ర బలిపూజ, విశ్వాస బోధనలు, సువార్త గీతాలు,
నృత్యాలు, స్నేహసంబంధ కార్యక్రమాలు, కెరీర్ మార్గదర్శనం,
ప్రత్యేక చిత్ర ప్రదర్శనలు మరియు మొక్కల నాటడం వంటి
విభిన్న కార్యక్రమాలతో యువజనోత్సవం కొనసాగింది.
రెవలేషన్ గాస్పెల్ బ్యాండ్ యువతతో కలిసి సువార్త గీతాలు,

Jesus Youth Telugu Region Assembly Renews Focus on Communion, Formation and Mission
8–9 August 2026
The Jesus Youth Telugu Region Assembly 2026 brought
together members and leaders from across the region
at HASSS, Secunderabad, with a renewed emphasis on
communion, formation, conversion and missionary outreach.
The assembly included community prayer, spiritual
reflection, regional reports, synodal listening,
sessions on conversion of life, communion and renewal
of systems within the movement.
A new Jesus Youth Telugu Regional Team for 2026–2028
was introduced, with Uday Bhaskar as Regional Coordinator
and Rajinikanth as Assistant Coordinator, together with
other regional team members and ministry coordinators.
The spiritual programme included Holy Mass and Adoration,
giving participants an opportunity to pray for the
new regional team and renew their commitment to
communion, collaboration, formation and mission.

MIJARC Telugu Orientation Meeting Calls Rural Catholic Youth to Leadership, Faith and Service
A Telugu-region orientation meeting of MIJARC
highlighted the importance of accompanying rural
Catholic youth and developing leadership rooted
in faith, community life and service.
Participants reflected on the realities faced by
young people in rural communities and the need
for youth leaders who can respond creatively
to social, pastoral and community challenges.
The orientation encouraged young Catholics to
take greater responsibility in parish life,
rural communities and society while remaining
deeply rooted in Gospel values.

TCYM Youth Gathering in Hyderabad Encourages Young Catholics to Grow in Faith and Leadership

Young Catholics of Suraram Parish gathered at
Our Lady of Fatima Church – Karunagiri Shrine
for a TCYM Youth Gathering focused on faith,
leadership and active participation in the
life of the Church.
The programme included Holy Eucharist,
Eucharistic Adoration and an interactive
formation session on faith, leadership
and parish youth ministry.
The JWALA 2027 poster was unveiled during
the gathering, inviting young Catholics to
take part in the upcoming regional youth
gathering in Guntur.
The gathering concluded with a renewed
commitment among participants to grow in faith,
accept leadership responsibilities and contribute
actively to the evangelising mission of the Church.

TCBC Youth Commission Finalises Action Plan, Announces Jwala 2027 Regional Youth Meet

The TCBC Commission for Youth finalised its
Youth Action Plan for 2026–2027 during a
regional strategic planning meeting in Guntur.
Around 100 delegates, including diocesan youth
directors, youth leaders and representatives
of Catholic youth movements, participated in
discussions on strengthening youth ministry
across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Jwala 2027 was announced as a five-day regional
youth gathering scheduled for January 12–16, 2027,
at Loyola Public School, Nallapadu, Guntur.
The action plan focuses on youth participation
in Church life, spiritual formation, social
responsibility and greater collaboration
among dioceses and Catholic youth movements.

TCYM Leadership Programme Inspires Religious Sisters to Embrace Christ-Centred Leadership

TCYM organised a Leadership Training Programme
for the Sisters of St. Ann's of Providence,
Central Province, focusing on Christ-centred
leadership rooted in Gospel values and service.
The programme began with Holy Eucharist and
continued with an interactive leadership session
on values, wisdom and visionary leadership.
Participants were encouraged to embrace servant
leadership marked by compassion, integrity,
wisdom, vision and committed service to the
Church and society.
The programme offered an opportunity for
prayer, reflection, fellowship and renewed
commitment to joyful Christ-like leadership.

TCYM participated in the YCS-YSM Investiture
Ceremony at Sacred Heart High School,
South Lallaguda, held as part of the
Sacred Heart Feast celebrations.
The programme began with Holy Eucharist and
continued with the formal investiture of
newly elected student leaders.
The new YCS-YSM leaders received badges of
responsibility and renewed their commitment
to the movement's “See – Judge – Act” approach.
Students were encouraged to become faithful
disciples and young missionaries by living
Gospel values through prayer, responsibility,
leadership and service.

Adilabad Diocese Youth Fest Inspires Faith and Leadership Among 300 Young Participants
Nearly 300 young people from across the Diocese
of Adilabad gathered for a youth festival centred
on spiritual growth, leadership, fellowship
and personal formation.
Through talks, group activities and prayer,
participants were encouraged to deepen their
relationship with Christ and become responsible
leaders within the Church and society.
The programme addressed the spiritual,
emotional, social and leadership dimensions
of young people's lives.

7–8 March 2026
REXCO youth leaders from different dioceses
gathered at Don Bosco Navajeevan, Ramanthapur,
Hyderabad, for a two-day live-in formation
programme.
The gathering focused on spiritual formation,
regional collaboration, diocesan sharing,
leadership and planning for youth ministry.
Rosary, Eucharistic Adoration, Holy Mass,
diocesan presentations, leadership sessions,
teamwork and the REXCO Council meeting formed
part of the programme.

Jwala Youth Fest 2025 Draws 800 Catholic Youth to Srikakulam
Around 800 Catholic youth from different dioceses
gathered at Mariagiri Shrine in Srikakulam
for Jwala Youth Fest 2025.
The gathering combined faith formation,
regional fellowship, leadership, sports,
cultural programmes and youth participation.
Youth Jubilee celebrations, the regional youth
elections and sports and cultural activities
formed important parts of the gathering.

Young Priests and Religious Trained to Walk with Gen Z in Hyderabad
The TCBC Youth Commission organised a formation
programme for young priests and religious to
strengthen their ability to understand and
accompany today's young people.
More than 110 participants representing dioceses
and religious provinces took part in sessions
focused on Scripture, youth ministry,
pastoral accompaniment and understanding Gen Z.
The programme stressed listening, presence,
accompaniment and the need for youth ministers
who can respond pastorally to the changing
realities of young people.

TCBC Youth Commission Charts Fresh Vision for Youth Ministry
Youth directors, youth leaders, movement
representatives and religious personnel
from the Telugu region gathered to reflect
on the future direction of youth ministry.
The gathering emphasised unity and greater
collaboration among clergy, religious,
lay youth leaders and Catholic youth movements.
Youth ministry was presented not merely as
organising events, but as accompaniment,
formation, evangelisation and meaningful
participation of young people.

A Youth Fest and Mega Job Mela in Srikakulam
combined youth ministry with career and
employment support for young people.
The initiative brought together faith formation,

and practical needs of youth.
The employment initiative offered young job
seekers opportunities to explore career
pathways while the youth festival encouraged
faith, responsibility and leadership.
